Our company has been duly registered with SECP and complies with all the requirements of Regulatory Authorities, Local Government NOC’s for lorry supplies, Government of Pakistan’s license for storage and dispensing unit issued by Ministry of Petroleum Explosive Department, NOC from Ministry of Production & Industries and NOC from the Capital City Police Office, Security Division for supplies / distribution through Tank
At present there are five oil marketing companies operating in the country, namely Pakistan State Oil, Shell Pakistan Limited, Caltex Oil Pakistan Ltd., Total Parco Limited and Attock Petroleum Limited, with market participation of 72.6%, 21.0%, 5.0% and 1.4% respectively. They store, transport and distribute full line of petroleum product through out the country.

Mode of Supply
We have developed an improved and efficient system of supplies in order to facilitate our customers. A customer care Department is developed that interacts with our clients on a daily basis i.e from their placement of orders , to ensuring timely processing of supply order, delivery schedule, supply confirmation and payment collections are all executed through one window operations.
Our company has developed fleet management system through which supplies are channelized i.e.
- Bulk Supplies
- Retail / Consumer Supplies.
We supply Petroleum Products through Lorry / Bowser directly from storage terminals to customer outlets. We ensure that our Logistics Supervisor accompanies the lorry till final decantation of the product at its destination. Minimum supply per lorry is 4000 liters. Besides this we supply through drums and tanks to consumers who require facilities from 20 liter cans to 3000 liter tanks.
- We provide door step delivery to our customer be it at any location in Karachi and few places beyond.
General Management
While the “Top Management” function will be performed, comprising 3 functional managers, the management of the company will be run by the Chief Executive assisted by the 3 functional managers known as “Executive Committee”. The Executive Committee will formalize the ‘vision’, initiate and approve the company’s short and long term objectives, policies, operating program, plans and strategies, budgets and review performance with a view to achieve the vision. Internal Audit will report to the Chief Executive directly whereas Human Resources & Legal functions will be reporting to Manager Finance and will initiate, review and approve human resources policies, development programs & plans, including organization development, manpower, planning, training, budgets, salary and benefits and compensation packages.
Marketing & Operations
The marketing group will be the front-line managers and will be the backbone of the company, acting a major force behind all the groups to achieve the sales objectives. Developing marketing plan, manpower placement, training, design / division of sales areas, setting of targets and motivating the sales force are the main role of this director.
The function of “operations” is mainly responsible of ensuring continuity of supplies and there are no product run-outs in the areas of operation. Therefore the dispatches from main installations will have to be timely and sufficient to ensure continued & satisfactory supply to the market / customers.
